I have been involved with Witham Prospect School from the very start of our journey, having completed the initial “opening” registration with the DFE and then the first full OFSTED inspection as Headteacher. Throughout my time here it has been an absolute privilege to work with so many skilled, caring and dedicated staff who care for, support and challenge our children and young people to help prepare them for their own journey into adulthood.
The progress that our children and young people make in both education and the residential home is wonderful to see, share and be part of. I very much look forward to having the opportunity to meet you and hopefully watch you also grow into a young person who feels safe, secure, has confidence and self-esteem and has the skills to enjoy a rich and varied adulthood and one where you can feel part of your community, surrounded by friends and adults who wish the very best for you.

environment for children and young people with severe learning difficulties and autism.
As Headteacher, I am committed to ensuring that our children and young people receive the highest quality education
and care. Our experienced and dedicated staff are passionate about helping our children and young people reach their

We believe in a holistic approach to education, focusing on both academic achievement and personal
development. Our personalised curriculum and supportive residential care program are designed to
meet the unique needs of each child and young person.

to ensure that our children and young people receive the best possible care.

At Witham Prospect, our vision is to create a nurturing and inclusive environment where every child and young person can reach their full potential. We strive to provide a high-quality education that equips our children and young people with the skills, knowledge, and confidence they need to succeed in life.
